【摘要】:ThispartofISO9241providesergonomicrecommendationsforthepresentationofinformationandspecificpropertiesofpresentedinformationontext-basedandgraphicaluserinterfacesusedforofficetasks.Itprovidesrecommendationsforthedesignandevaluationofvisualpresentationofinformationincludingcodingtechniques.Theserecommendationscanbeutilizedthroughoutthedesignprocess(forexampleasguidancefordesignersduringdesign,asabasisforheuristicevaluation,asguidanceforusabilitytesting).Thecoverageofcolourislimitedtoergonomicrecommendationsfortheuseofcolourforhighlightingandcategorizinginformation(seeISO9241-8foradditionalrecommendationsfortheuseofcolour).ThispartofISO9241doesnotaddressauditorypresentationofinformation.Interfacedesigndependsuponthetask,theuser,theenvironmentandtheavailabletechnology.Consequently,thispartofISO9241cannotbeappliedwithoutaknowledgeofthedesignandthecontextofuseoftheinterface,anditisnotintendedtobeusedasaprescriptivesetofrulestobeappliedinitsentirety.Rather,itassumesthatthedesignerhasproperinformationavailableconcerningtaskanduserrequirementsandunderstandstheuseofavailabletechnology(thismayrequireconsultationwithaqualifiedergonomicsprofessionalaswellasempiricaltestingwithrealusers).NOTE1AlthoughthisisanInternationalStandard,someoftheconditionalrecommendationsarebasedonLatin-basedlanguageusageandmaynotapply,ormayneedtobemodified,forusewithadifferentlanguage.Forexample,inright-to-leftlanguagesthoseconditionalrecommendationsorientedtowardsleft-to-rightreadingmayneedtobemodifiedandadapted.Inapplyingthoseconditionalrecommendationsthatassumeaspecificlanguagebase(e.g.alphabeticorderingofcodinginformation,itemsinalist),careshouldbetakenconcerningtheintentofthispartofISO9241whentranslationisrequiredtoadifferentlanguage.NOTE2Providinguserswiththecapabilitytoaltertheinterfacetosuittheirownneedshasbecomeapopularapproachtosoftwareinterfacedesign.Thisisoftenadesirablefeatureoftheinterface.However,providinguserswithcustomizationcapabilitiesisnotanacceptablesubstituteforaneconomicallydesignedinterface(e.g.defaultwindows,coloursettings).NotethatcustomizationofthepresentationofinformationmayresultindeviationsfromthispartofISO9241.
