【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforadhesivesintendedforuseinthecreationandgeneralassemblyofload-bearing,structuralelementsusedincivilengineeringworksandtheconstructionofbuildings.Otherthantheexceptionsstated,itembracesallcombinationsofbondedmaterials,usedtocreateorrepairload-bearingelements.Itcoversindividualadhesivesandspecialpurposekitscomprisingvariouscombinationsofadhesivetypesandcomponents.Itincludestestmethodsandmethodsofassessment.Theperformancerequirementsinthisstandardmaynotbeapplicabletohighlyspecialisedapplicationsinextremeenvironmentalconditions,e.g.cryogenicuse,nordotheycoverspecialisedcircumstancessuchasaccidentalimpact,e.g.duetotrafficorice,orearthquakeloadingwherespecificperformancerequirementswillapply.Theintendeduseisforinternalandexternalconstructionelementsandthosecladdingandcoveringelements(excludingceramictiles)specificallyrequired,byregulatoryauthorities,toprovideprotectionfromfireinidentifiedbuildingzones,includingescaperoutes.Itdoesnotcover:?Prefabricated,bondedstructuralcomponents.?Concretebondedeithertoitselforsteeloramaterialbasedoncarbonfibre.?Wood,whenbondedtoitselftoformatimberbased,laminatedbeam[ofthetypeknownasa‘Glulam’beam]intendedforuseasamajorstructural,loadbearingelement.?Thermoplastics[e.g.polyethylene,polypropylene,polyamideandfluorinatedpolymersingeneral]unlesstheyhavebeenspecificallyprepared[usuallythroughaspecialisedoxidativeprocess]forbondedassemblyonsite.?Co-axialmetallicassembliescomprisingfasteners-threadedandotherwise,pipesandtubes.?Glassassembliesinstructuralglazingapplicationsmadeusingsiliconeadhesives.?Thosestructuralelementsthatarepermanentlyimmersedinwater.
