【摘要】:ThispartofISO15171specifiesdimensions,performancerequirementsandtestproceduresforthemalequick-actionhalfofametriccouplingwithanM14×1,5straightstudendtomatewithanISO6149-1port,tobeusedfordiagnosticpurposes.CouplingsinaccordancewiththispartofISO15171arenotdesignedtoconnectunderpressure.Thecouplingisdesignedforuseinhydraulicsystemsthatusemineraloil.NOTEUseofthiscouplingwithfluidsotherthanmineraloilrequiresagreementbetweenthesupplierandthepurchaser.ThispartofISO15171doesnotapplytothefemalehalfofthematinghydraulicquick-actioncoupling,whichisnotonthemachine.CouplingsinaccordancewiththispartofISO15171maybeusedatamaximumworkingpressureof40MPa[400bar].Thepermissibleworkingpressuredependsuponthematerials,design,workingconditions,application,etc.ConformancetothedimensionalinformationinthispartofISO15171doesnotguaranteeratedperformance.EachmanufacturershouldperformtestinginaccordancewiththespecificationcontainedinthispartofISO15171toassurethatcomponentscomplywiththeperformancerating.note:1bar=0,1MPa=10Pa;1Pa=1N/m
